About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Talent team roles — including recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators
- Partner directly with Talent and People leaders to define role needs, align on success signals, and drive hiring outcomes
- Source exceptional recruiting talent, with a focus on high-caliber profiles who thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, with memorable moments.
- Help shape how we hire build a world-class people org.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech companies
- Demonstrated success hiring recruiters, sourcers, and talent operators
- Bonus: experience hiring for People/HR functions (e.g. HRBP, Total Rewards, People Ops)
- Deep sourcing expertise — you know how to engage passive talent and build strong, diverse pipelines
- Metrics-oriented: you use funnel data to refine search strategies, calibrate quickly, and improve speed/quality
- High-trust partner to hiring managers: you drive alignment, communicate proactively, and challenge constructively
- Operate with urgency, ownership, and persistence — you care deeply about quality, and you follow through
