About the role
- Design and deliver interactive F2F and live virtual training
- Manage programs end-to-end
- Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to create learning solutions using internal resources only
- Conduct needs analysis and design learner-centric training solutions
- Partner with SMEs to convert learning needs into interactive learning solutions (F2F or virtual)
- Design training materials and activities without external providers
- Facilitate engaging F2F and virtual sessions (Teams)
- Manage program operations: timelines, enrollment, communications, materials, reporting
- Support business stakeholders with learning requests
- Lead a team of two L&D members supporting Global L&D
Requirements
- Degree in Education, Adult Learning, HRD, or Instructional Design (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years in L&D with proven facilitation, training design examples, and program management
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)
- Team leadership experience
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Ability to operate with limited external resources; creative, pragmatic problem-solver
