About the role

  • Maintain customs-related trackers, tools, and workflows
  • Assist with customs data collection and clean-up for compliance reporting
  • Support document collection for external and internal audits
  • Assist in gathering and tracking supplier declarations
  • Collect export and import reports from SAP

Requirements

  • Full-time student status within Hungary
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English
  • Availability to work 20-24 hours/week for at least 1 year
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and international studies is an advantage
