About the role
- Maintain customs-related trackers, tools, and workflows
- Assist with customs data collection and clean-up for compliance reporting
- Support document collection for external and internal audits
- Assist in gathering and tracking supplier declarations
- Collect export and import reports from SAP
Requirements
- Full-time student status within Hungary
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English
- Availability to work 20-24 hours/week for at least 1 year
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and international studies is an advantage
