About the role
- Support TriVista’s growth by managing full cycle recruiting
- Identify, engage, and hire professionals who reflect our firm’s values
- Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the verbal offer process
- Partner closely with hiring managers and firm leaders to define role requirements
- Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on senior-level or complex searches
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking strategies
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for high-priority or recurring positions
- Deliver a professional, timely, and high-touch experience for every candidate
- Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and candidate satisfaction)
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally within consulting and/or agency settings
- Experience hiring professionals in consulting, technology, supply chain, operations, or professional services
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS systems
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Customer-service orientation with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods
- Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field and/or combination of required education and experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification or willingness to obtain certification upon employment.
