About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sourcing strategies, post jobs on the right channels, and build strong candidate pipelines to hire customer support representatives at scale.
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
- Partner with local leadership to organize onboarding sessions, orientation schedules, and new hire paperwork for large incoming classes.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS), track progress against hiring targets, and report regularly to leadership.
- Work closely with HR, operations, and customer support managers in Monterrey and the U.S. to ensure smooth scaling of the support team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a start-up environment
- Strong knowledge of local job boards, resume banks, and recruiting channels.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-moving startup.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish — written and spoken.
- Comfortable coordinating across teams, managing onboarding logistics, and supporting both candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus).
