• Lead evaluation and selection of AI tools, platforms, and partners.
• Drive AI adoption through change management and literacy programmes.
• Identify AI opportunities across internal operations and productivity.
• Act as primary advisor to leadership on AI implications, opportunities, and risks.
• Define standards for model quality, validation, monitoring, and explainability.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritise AI use cases.
