About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
- Collaborate with software engineers, designers, data, marketing teams, and customers to deliver high-quality products on time
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision-making
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value
- Mentor and inspire the product team and elevate team capabilities
- Influence executives and key stakeholders to align support for product initiatives

Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role
- Required experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Data and Analytics, including BI, AI/ML, data platforms, or data products
- Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments
- Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, marketers, and other cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes
- Ability to mentor and lead teams and influence stakeholders across all levels
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and other product management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Regular, predictable attendance is required
- Ability to work at a computer terminal for an extended period
- Ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate computer keyboard and telephone
- Specific vision abilities required for computer work
