About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manages accounts on a day-to-day basis
  • Maintains timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients
  • Negotiates carrier coverage based on client needs
  • Submits coverage specifications and obtains quotes
  • Responds to client and carrier inquiries
  • Prepares Insurance Proposals and communicates subjectivities and exclusions
  • Provides guidance to direct reports and training to Team on new and existing programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of recent Commercial Lines Account Management experience
  • Transportation experience required
  • Demonstrated success in overall customer service
  • High School diploma; undergraduate degree preferred
  • Appropriate insurance agent’s license required
  • Willingness to continue education is essential.
  • Intermediate to advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • AMS360 software proficiency preferred
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English a plus.
