About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You act as a host, warmly welcoming our guests
  • You handle guests' check-ins and check-outs
  • You receive and process reservation requests
  • Prepare the daily financial closing and various revenue reports
  • Responsible for cash handling and accounts receivable control
  • Verify waiter settlements and operate the front desk cash register
  • Perform all administrative tasks at the Front Office
  • Contribute to an effective and efficient operational flow during early, late and night shifts
  • Ensure active communication flow between all departments of the hotel
  • Provide professional complaint handling
  • Conduct regular inspection rounds
  • Overall responsibility for the hotel during the night shift
