Front Office Agent – STARS

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Offer a warm and welcoming reception to our guests
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Receive and process reservation inquiries
- Responsible for cash handling and accounts receivable control
- Contribute to efficient operational processes in early, late and night shifts
- Ensure active communication flow between all departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- No prior professional experience required
- Hospitality mindset
- Friendly and charming manner when interacting with guests
- Sense of responsibility for cash handling and accounts receivable control
- Ability to carry out all administrative tasks at the front office
