About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Warmly welcome guests
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs
- Receive and process reservation inquiries
- Take responsibility for cash handling and accounts receivable control
- Carry out Front Office administrative tasks reliably and independently
- Contribute to an effective and efficient operation during early, late, and night shifts
- Ensure active communication flow between all departments of the hotel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience
- Guest-focused, hospitable mindset
- Friendly and charming manner in interactions with guests
- Sense of responsibility for cash handling and accounts receivable control
- Ability to perform Front Office administrative tasks independently
- Willingness to contribute to effective and efficient operations during early, late, and night shifts
- Proactive contribution to maintaining active communication flow between all areas of the hotel
