Floor Supervisor – STARS

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Executive Housekeeper in all matters
- Responsible for maintaining high quality of floor (housekeeping) and laundry services
- Responsible for lost-and-found items, including their management and return to guests
- Ensure smooth workflows and consistent cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Inspect and ensure order and cleanliness in all storage areas, floor offices, and cleaning supply rooms
- Coordinate communication with other departments (especially Maintenance/Engineering and Front Office/Reception)
- Continuously ensure quality and compliance with standards as specified by tristar GmbH and the franchisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant professional experience
