About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for preparing and cooking fresh dishes
- Plating and serving dishes in the restaurant
- Contributing to the development of the menu offering
- Preparing and clearing the mise en place for the breakfast buffet
- Working independently with attention to detail
- Ensuring active communication flow between all departments
- Maintaining cleanliness and smooth workflow in the kitchen
- Assisting in training our apprentices
Requirements
What you’ll need- No prior professional experience required
- Responsible for preparing and cooking fresh dishes
- A good sense for flavor and presentation
- Adherence to HACCP standards
- Support in training our apprentices
