About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Warmly welcome guests and interact with them in an open and charming manner
- Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs
- Receive and process reservation inquiries
- Contribute to an effective and efficient operational flow during early, late, and night shifts
- Ensure an active flow of communication between all hotel departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior professional experience
- Hospitable and service-oriented demeanor
- Responsibility for cash handling and accounts receivable control
- Administrative tasks at the front office
