About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You see yourself as a host, warmly welcoming our guests and interacting with them openly and charmingly
- You carry out guest check-ins and check-outs
- You receive and process reservation inquiries
- You take responsibility for cash handling and accounts receivable control
- You perform all Front Office administrative tasks reliably and independently
- You contribute to effective and efficient operational processes during early, late and night shifts
- You ensure active communication flow between all departments of our property
