About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome guests warmly and interact with them in a friendly, professional manner
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs
- Receive and process reservation inquiries
- Carry out administrative tasks at the front desk
- Facilitate the flow of communication between all departments of the property
Requirements
What you’ll need- No prior professional experience required
- Hospitality-minded / service-oriented attitude
- Responsible for cash handling and accounts receivable control
- Ability to work independently at the front desk
