Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous professional experience
- Perform host duties such as check-in and check-out
- Receive and process reservation requests
- Take responsibility for cash handling and accounts receivable control
- Perform Front Office administrative tasks reliably and independently
- Ensure effective and efficient operations during early, late and night shifts
- Maintain active communication flow across all areas of the property
