About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Warmly welcome guests and attend to them in an open and charming manner
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs
- Receive and handle reservation requests
- Promote active communication between all departments of the hotel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous professional experience
- Hospitality-minded / service-oriented attitude
- Responsible approach to cash handling and debtor/accounts receivable control
- Independent execution of all administrative tasks at the front office
