About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Sales team
Serve as the point of contact for all internal and external partners
Co-responsible for reporting, data maintenance, and ensuring optimal information flow
Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients, and support new customer acquisition
Monitor market, competitor, and sales trends
Assist with contract processing, sales lead handling, and RFP management
Create marketing materials, meeting minutes, and project status lists
Prepare statistics, presentations, and other templates
Support networking activities and sales promotion measures
Use strong communication skills to represent the company
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, brand standards, and the hotel’s/company’s policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales
Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
High level of service and customer orientation
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
Very good German and English skills
