Event Coordinator – STARS
tristar HotelsEvent Coordinator responsible for comprehensive planning and execution of events at Holiday Inn Ratingen City. Collaborating with various departments to ensure successful event management.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-to-end planning, organization and execution of events and conferences
- You take full responsibility for all events, from concept development through follow-up and evaluation
- You provide personal on-site support
- Venue tours and other sales activities with clients
- Receiving event inquiries and preparing proposals and contracts in collaboration with our Revenue Management team
- Coordinating with other departments to execute events
- Administrative tasks and data maintenance
- Participating in post-event debriefs with clients to assess satisfaction and identify improvements for future events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior professional experience required
