  • Ensuring correct use of the franchisor's bonus systems
  • Point of contact for the Front Office team; shift scheduling and vacation planning
  • Independently and reliably perform all administrative tasks at the front and back office
  • Completion and verification of F/O daily tasks in accordance with applicable checklists
  • Assist at the Front Office in operational business during early and late shifts
  • Handling guest correspondence
