About the role
- Coordination and ensuring consistently smooth operations at the Front Office
- Professional and warm reception and optimal care of our guests
- Check-in and check-out of our guests, as well as complaint handling
- Effective management of special guest requests and challenges
- Responsibility for cash management and accounts receivable control
- Ensuring correct use of the franchisor's bonus systems
- Point of contact for the Front Office team; shift scheduling and vacation planning
- Independently and reliably perform all administrative tasks at the front and back office
- Completion and verification of F/O daily tasks in accordance with applicable checklists
- Assist at the Front Office in operational business during early and late shifts
- Handling guest correspondence
