About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of 1–10 concurrent infrastructure and telecommunications projects
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, cost plans, and delivery timelines
  • Own project financials including budgets, forecasts, accruals, and invoice reconciliation using SAP
  • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and third-party providers to ensure timely delivery
  • Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates, and maintain clear documentation (notes, minutes, status reports)
  • Approve and manage resource time tracking using Microsoft Project Web App (PWA)
  • Oversee invoice processing, PO requests, and delivery confirmations
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and changes to PMO/PCO leadership
  • Support contract negotiations, vendor agreements, and telecommunications-related licensing
  • Coordinate site installations including equipment deployment, turn-up, testing, and acceptance
  • Ensure compliance with PMO/PCO governance standards and reporting requirements
  • Participate in change management processes (IT CAB) as needed
  • Support job site safety standards and ensure compliance across projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure or network-related projects
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft Project and Project Web App (PWA)
  • Hands-on experience managing project financials (budgeting, forecasting, accruals, actuals)
  • SAP experience for financial tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills for project reporting and financial management
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and external partners
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure technologies: - Routers, switches, firewalls and - WAN/LAN environments. Site-based infrastructure deployments
  • Experience with contract bidding, vendor negotiations, and delivery management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel regularly and drive to project sites
