About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end delivery of 1–10 concurrent infrastructure and telecommunications projects
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, cost plans, and delivery timelines
- Own project financials including budgets, forecasts, accruals, and invoice reconciliation using SAP
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and third-party providers to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates, and maintain clear documentation (notes, minutes, status reports)
- Approve and manage resource time tracking using Microsoft Project Web App (PWA)
- Oversee invoice processing, PO requests, and delivery confirmations
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and changes to PMO/PCO leadership
- Support contract negotiations, vendor agreements, and telecommunications-related licensing
- Coordinate site installations including equipment deployment, turn-up, testing, and acceptance
- Ensure compliance with PMO/PCO governance standards and reporting requirements
- Participate in change management processes (IT CAB) as needed
- Support job site safety standards and ensure compliance across projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure or network-related projects
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Project and Project Web App (PWA)
- Hands-on experience managing project financials (budgeting, forecasting, accruals, actuals)
- SAP experience for financial tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills for project reporting and financial management
- Experience managing third-party vendors and external partners
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure technologies: - Routers, switches, firewalls and - WAN/LAN environments. Site-based infrastructure deployments
- Experience with contract bidding, vendor negotiations, and delivery management
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly and drive to project sites
