About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead planning and execution of enterprise-level Data, Cloud, and AI transformation programs
Develop and manage project roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies
Drive accountability across business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure delivery success
Facilitate decision-making and proactively remove obstacles impacting timelines
Balance Agile methodologies with strong project governance and executive reporting
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including executive sponsors
Communicate project health, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly across all levels
Manage comprehensive project controls including schedule, scope, RAID logs, and reporting
Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Support Agile teams with planning, prioritization, and delivery execution
Enable alignment between business goals and technology solutions
Support AI-enabled process automation and operational transformation initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience managing complex technology and business transformation projects
Proven experience in Data, Cloud, Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives
Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid)
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and risks
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and vendors
