About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead projects from initiation through closure, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence
Define and manage project milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps
Build and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and forecasts
Own financial tracking, budget management, and variance reporting
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet delivery commitments
Facilitate working sessions, status meetings, and decision‑making forums
Serve as the central point of connection between business partners, IT teams, vendors, and leadership
Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and cross‑team dependencies
Proactively escalate risks that may impact delivery, scope, or financial targets
Provide clear, concise status updates and documentation for leadership and stakeholders
Ensure alignment with established project management standards and governance
Drive accountability for commitments and delivery outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager in IT or technology‑driven environments
Strong project planning, execution, and delivery management skills
Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial variance
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors
Strong organizational skills with a proactive, delivery‑focused mindset
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus, but not required
