About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, semantic search, and document intelligence workflows
- Develop scalable APIs and full-stack applications supporting AI use cases
- Collaborate closely with system architects across the full software lifecycle
- Implement LLM evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and performance metrics
- Apply AI safety guardrails including content moderation and hallucination reduction
- Lead and mentor engineers through design, development, testing, and release cycles
- Communicate technical tradeoffs and progress clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and building software solutions
- Strong Python and SQL development skills
- Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience with embeddings, prompt engineering, semantic search, and citations
- Solid understanding of ML/NLP model evaluation and monitoring
- Full-stack development experience (front-end and back-end)
- Experience working in cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or OCI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
