About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, activate, and sustain Copilot Champion and AI Ambassador networks
Plan and manage logistics for AI community events, trainings, demos, and showcases
Capture and amplify AI success stories (“hero stories”) through posts, videos, and internal communications
Develop engaging content including newsletters, short videos, intranet posts, and internal campaigns
Coach leaders and champions on activating AI adoption within their teams
Moderate internal forums, respond to questions and feedback, and surface emerging needs
Track adoption challenges and barriers, escalating insights to program leadership
Use tools like SharePoint and Teams to publish content and manage community communications

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in program management, internal communications, or community engagement
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working independently in environments with ambiguity
A curious, AI-forward mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation
Background in marketing, communications, or employee engagement (bonus)
Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or other internal collaboration platforms (bonus)
Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms (bonus)
Experience organizing hackathons, demo days, or internal technology showcases (bonus)
