About the role
- Manage 2–3 concurrent IT projects from a PMO and governance perspective
- Support Product Owners and business leads with milestone planning, KPI tracking, and executive‑ready material for bi‑weekly meetings
- Oversee sprint ceremonies and Agile processes in partnership with Scrum Masters and development teams
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams across TSS portfolios
- Drive clarity and alignment between SOWs, requirements, and project execution
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration among Solution Architects, Data Engineers, ML Ops, and App Dev teams
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Establish escalation paths and manage inter‑team and vendor dependencies
- Maintain visibility into technical design, model development, and deployment workflows
- Ensure all project documentation is thorough, accurate, and up to date
- Lead project meetings and drive timely updates to keep all stakeholders aligned
- Monitor progress, adjust timelines, and safeguard budgets and scope integrity
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on IT project management experience (not seeking Program Managers or senior‑level PMs)
- Proven success managing SDLC‑based IT projects
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar PM tools
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple projects
- Proactive problem‑solver with a track record of issue and risk mitigation
- Experience working with Agile teams and sprint‑based delivery models
- Bonus Points If You Have Data Analytics or Data Science project exposure
- Experience working in technically diverse environments spanning architecture, data engineering, ML engineering, and application development
- Advanced PM certifications (PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Engineering, etc.) preferred
- Project Management certifications are a plus but not required
