Own and drive the refinement and execution of the approved enterprise data roadmap
Lead domain model expansion, platform alignment, and governance integration for credit and lending
Serve as the escalation point for design, sequencing, architectural, and strategic decisions
Ensure continuity and alignment across multiple client locations and workstreams
Translate enterprise strategy into actionable workstreams for a team of senior analysts
Review, approve, and guide analyst deliverables for quality, rigor, and architectural consistency
Mentor analysts in data modeling excellence and executive‑ready communication
Communicate complex data, modeling, and platform concepts to non‑technical audiences
Align business, analytics, engineering, and governance partners toward shared outcomes

Requirements

12+ years in data strategy, analytics, or enterprise transformation
Proven leadership of large‑scale, enterprise‑level data and platform initiatives
Deep experience with data modeling, governance, and analytics enablement
Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially with senior executives
Experience working in regulated financial services environments, ideally within credit or lending
Knowledge of global credit and lending processes, regulations, and oversight frameworks (Bonus Points)
Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based data platforms or modern data ecosystems (Bonus Points)
Experience with metadata management, operating models, or data literacy initiatives (Bonus Points)
Consulting background with enterprise data strategy or governance engagements (Bonus Points)
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field
