About the role
- Own and drive the refinement and execution of the approved enterprise data roadmap
- Lead domain model expansion, platform alignment, and governance integration for credit and lending
- Serve as the escalation point for design, sequencing, architectural, and strategic decisions
- Ensure continuity and alignment across multiple client locations and workstreams
- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable workstreams for a team of senior analysts
- Review, approve, and guide analyst deliverables for quality, rigor, and architectural consistency
- Mentor analysts in data modeling excellence and executive‑ready communication
- Communicate complex data, modeling, and platform concepts to non‑technical audiences
- Align business, analytics, engineering, and governance partners toward shared outcomes
Requirements
- 12+ years in data strategy, analytics, or enterprise transformation
- Proven leadership of large‑scale, enterprise‑level data and platform initiatives
- Deep experience with data modeling, governance, and analytics enablement
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially with senior executives
- Experience working in regulated financial services environments, ideally within credit or lending
- Knowledge of global credit and lending processes, regulations, and oversight frameworks (Bonus Points)
- Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based data platforms or modern data ecosystems (Bonus Points)
- Experience with metadata management, operating models, or data literacy initiatives (Bonus Points)
- Consulting background with enterprise data strategy or governance engagements (Bonus Points)
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field
- Data governance, data architecture, or analytics certifications are beneficial but not required
