Lead functional QA testing for Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications, workflows, modules, and integrations
Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, regression test suites, and test scripts
Validate PLM enhancements, configurations, product structures, change management processes, and integrations
Perform defect identification, documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams for resolution
Support release cycles by ensuring readiness through thorough end-to-end validation
Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability and full coverage of business needs
Assist with UAT planning, execution, and documentation
Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements in QA processes

Requirements

8+ years of Quality Assurance experience
Expert-level experience with Siemens Teamcenter (mandatory)
Strong background in functional testing of PLM applications
Solid understanding of PLM configurations, workflows, structures, and integrations
Experience with QA methodologies, regression strategies, and defect lifecycle management
Working knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
