💰 $140,000 - $160,000 per year
About the role
- Oversee physical layer infrastructure builds, including cabling, fiber optics, racks, and related components
- Design and manage installation plans ensuring compliance with NEC and National Fire Protection Codes
- Coordinate with contractors and internal technicians during all construction phases
- Manage bids, estimates, and material lists for projects ranging from $10K to $5M
- Represent Technology Services in construction meetings and ensure project timelines are met
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in physical infrastructure builds
- Expertise in CAT 6A installations, RF tower construction, and campus communication systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC compliance and safety standards
- Ability to manage bids, estimates, and compare vendor proposals
- Valid driver’s license required
- BICSI Certification (RCDD highly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
