Manage complex IT projects across ERP, PLM, manufacturing, supply chain, and infrastructure domains
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risk logs, and executive-level reporting
Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and KPI achievement
Support organizational change management to ensure business readiness and adoption
Foster continuous improvement and mentor team members to drive performance

Requirements

8+ years of Project Management experience in IT, leading enterprise-scale initiatives
Strong experience with ERP implementations or other large-scale system deployments
Background in technology infrastructure delivery, especially cloud-based solutions
Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, and budgets effectively
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Familiarity with delivery frameworks such as PMP, Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies
Experience delivering commercial software solutions with minimal customization
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with cloud migrations, ERP site deployments, and operations applications (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, warehouse management)
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile
An understanding of and ability to apply Org Change Management practices
