Key responsibilities & impact

Own the commercial plan, forecast and growth target for each account in your book
Map the white space across your portfolio and build account plans that turn it into growth
Lead renewals early and on value, never as a last-minute scramble
Identify and convert cross-sell and upsell across the full portfolio, including DFIR retainers
Run and present governance meetings that surface uplift and opportunity
Build multi-year maturity roadmaps and bring customers along stage by stage

Requirements

What you’ll need

A track record of growing an existing account base, not just defending renewals
Genuine technical credibility, so you can hold a real conversation about a customer's environment without an engineer in the room for every sentence
A working understanding of the Microsoft E3 to E5 journey, IDAM, DLP, and how detection and response fit together
The ability to talk credibly to Cyber Threat Intelligence, Detection Engineering and Breach and Attack Simulation
Fluency moving between an executive audience and a technical one, and translating each for the other
A consultative, partner-first mindset and the ownership to run your book like your own business
**What the role asks of you**
This is a senior, customer-facing role. Expect to attend events outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel interstate when an account needs you there. We are upfront about that, because the right person sees it as part of building real relationships.
