Building Automations That Matter: You'll use tools like Make.com, Gumloop, and n8n to create workflows that power our campaigns, events, and product marketing. But you won't just be following a playbook—you'll be writing it. We want someone who can dream up clever solutions to problems we haven't even realized we have yet.
Understanding What People Actually Need: Whether it's our customers, our sales team, or your marketing colleagues, you'll have a knack for quickly getting to the heart of what's frustrating them or slowing them down. Then you'll build automations that solve those problems. No hospitality industry experience needed—just genuine curiosity about people and their challenges.
Making Data Work for Us: You'll create workflows that capture data, clean it up, enrich it, and turn it into insights we can actually act on. Think of it as connecting the dots between what's happening and what we should do about it.
Getting Personal at Scale: Use AI to create personalized customer experiences that feel human, not robotic. Smart email sequences, dynamic landing pages, content that adapts to who's reading it—that's your playground.
Being the AI Champion: Stay ahead of the curve on AI tools and trends, test new tech, and help the rest of the team get comfortable using these tools in their daily work. You'll create playbooks, run workshops, and generally make everyone around you smarter about automation.
Collaborating Like a Pro: Work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing, Events, RevOps, Sales, and Sales Enablement teams. You'll be the bridge between "wouldn't it be cool if..." and "look what we just launched."
Keeping Things Running Smoothly: Build automated quality checks that catch mistakes before campaigns go live, and set up smart alerts that flag issues before they become problems.
Sharing the Knowledge: Document your wins, your learnings, and your "here's what didn't work" moments. Help the whole team level up their automation game.
Requirements
1-3 Years of Getting Stuff Done: You've spent time in marketing operations, demand generation, or a similar role where you've actually built automation solutions that people use. You can point to specific examples and say "I built that."
Hands-On Technical Chops: You're comfortable in platforms like Make.com, Gumloop, or n8n, and you can write a bit of code (JavaScript, Python, or similar) when you need to customize things. You're not a developer, but you're not afraid of getting technical.
Show Us Your Greatest Hits: Come ready to walk us through some of the best automations you've built. Show us the problem you were solving, how you approached it, and what the impact was. Bonus points if you can show us something creative or unexpected.
Ideas That Pop: You're bursting with ideas about how to do things better, faster, or more creatively. You see a manual process and immediately think "there's got to be a better way." Share examples of times when your ideas led to real improvements.
Customer Empathy in Your DNA: You have a natural ability to understand what's frustrating people and what they actually need (even when they can't articulate it themselves). You can quickly grasp pain points and translate them into automation or marketing solutions. Show us examples of when you've done this before—whether it was for external customers or internal teams.
Marketing Tech Fluency: You know your way around platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo. You understand how data flows through these systems and how campaigns actually work.
A Love for Solving Puzzles: You're analytical and creative in equal measure. You can structure complex data flows and also come up with innovative solutions to gnarly problems.
Always Learning: You're the kind of person who's always tinkering with new tools, reading about emerging tech, and figuring out how to apply it. You don't wait for someone to teach you—you teach yourself.
The Right Energy: You're entrepreneurial, curious, and excited about pushing boundaries. You thrive in environments where you can experiment, fail fast, learn, and try again. You bring positive energy and make the people around you better.
