• Developing a team of distinctive behavioral healthcare managers including hiring, managing and training large virtual teams.
• Partnering with the Chief Clinical Officer to establish a strategic vision for the internal and external clinical care pathways and patient education developed by Triplemoon.
• Develop and implement internal clinical and educational initiatives such as treatment protocols critical training.
• Oversight of compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring and improving quality and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Working in partnership with Triplemoon technology and product leaders to bring the best of technology into our clinical and care delivery processes.
• Participating in broader strategic initiatives as part of the leadership team.
• Ability to travel occasionally both for team events, industry events and/or client relationship management.
