About the role

  • - Identify areas for improvement; make hypotheses; plan, execute and analyse A/B tests to improve business metrics.
  • - Analyse large, complex data sets representing the behaviour of millions of mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions.
  • - Conduct user behaviour deep dives, identifying patterns in critical usage aspects such as playing, purchasing and churning.
  • - Use pre/post analyses to understand how product and ecosystem changes are affecting users and the business.
  • - Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define meaningful metrics and KPIs.
  • - Define and build user segments that deliver business value.
  • - Partner with and support Live Operations analysts in defining pricing policy and game economy.
  • - Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features and future product roadmaps

Requirements

  • - Experience or interest in Mobile Gaming.
  • - Strong analytical thinker, able to deep dive into details as well as command a holistic view of a product.
  • - Experience reading and creating dashboards in order to gain a better understanding of a product.
  • - Experience with visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, Gount, Redash and or Excel and solid SQL capabilities.
  • - Ability to make decisions on product roadmaps, features & strategies based on data, market trends & experience.
  • - Incredible communication skills, ability to articulate complicated data concisely and ask the right questions to understand requirements.
