About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide expert learning design advice on delivery modalities, design processes and development approaches, informed by instructional design theory
Design, develop and create instructor-led, face-to-face and e-learning course content
Build capabilities and meet the specific needs of target learning audiences
Manage key stakeholder relationships and develop quality learning solutions for business requirements
Provide expert advice on learning design, programs and initiatives supporting a high-performance culture
Contribute to evaluation and regular reporting processes
Track delivery and identify and escalate emerging or existing risks affecting learning solutions or programs
Design, build and maintain learning assets for instructor-led, web-based and other delivery methods
Develop storyboards, web-based content, interactive activities, multimedia capabilities, instructional graphics and diagrams
Partner with Subject Matter Experts across the business to develop fit-for-purpose learning solutions
Support ongoing professional development and career growth at Triple Zero Victoria

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualification in Learning Design, Education or relevant discipline
Demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning theories
Proven design experience in a learning and development context, gained within a best practice customer service organisation or contact centre operation
Experience defining learning objectives, measures of students’ learning and learning material design specifications
Ability to multitask, prioritise, meet multiple deadlines and problem solve with a strong customer focus
High attention to detail with concern for standards and quality
Applicants must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or a Permanent Resident
Employment subject to providing evidence of Australian working rights
Preferred candidates must complete a Pre-employment Medical Declaration
Employment subject to a National Police Check clearance
