About the role

  • Play a critical role in protection against fraud, financial risk, and compliance failures
  • Ensure every host and property is legitimate & verified before going live
  • Use strong judgement and attention to detail to spot risks, red flags, and inconsistencies
  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Properties to enable secure onboarding and reliable payouts
  • Strengthen and improve compliance & verification processes
  • Responsible for conducting thorough compliance reviews and verifying all KYC documentation
  • Ensure every host and property meets regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements
  • Apply strict checks and balances, identifying gaps or high-risk indicators
  • Escalate concerns when necessary to safeguard the business and prevent fraud
  • Ensure that onboarding and payout processes remain secure, accurate, and fully compliant.

Requirements

  • Minimum of **1 year** experience within the **LekkeSlaap property onboarding team**.
  • Exceptional **attention to detail** with strong analytical and judgement skills.
  • Proven ability to identify risks, red flags, and inconsistencies accurately.
  • Able to work under pressure while maintaining a **high level of accuracy**.
  • High standard of **integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality**.
  • Comfortable working within **compliance-driven** and **secure documentation environments**.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to **manage sensitive information effectively**.
  • Proficient in **spreadsheets and CRM systems**.
  • Experience using **property or verification platforms** such as Windeed, SearchWorks, or similar.
  • Comfortable navigating **structured workflows** and **compliance processes**.
  • **Nice to Haves:**
  • Experience working with verification or compliance platforms beyond core onboarding tools.
  • Exposure to risk assessment or due diligence processes within a property environment.
