About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage D2C website orders and resolve warehouse issues.
Oversee B2B orders to retailers/wholesalers and ensure OTIF delivery. (Experience working with Target, Walmart, UNFI & KeHe a plus!)
Build strong relationships with customers and distributors, resolving operational issues and ensuring excellent service.
Lead operational execution across digital channels (Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.)
Troubleshoot order and delivery issues for customers.
Partner with warehouses to support U.S. order flows.
Manage stock, reporting, reconciliations, and invoicing.
Support Marketing with buyer/influencer send-outs and events.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years' experience in an FMCG operational role or equivalent experience.
Skilled in data analysis, numerical reasoning and able to pick up new software quickly.
Considerable experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
Understanding of an ERP(Unleashed) & EDI (SPS Commerce system) would be a bonus.
Able to see the bigger picture and find operational efficiencies (or at least keen to develop an efficiency mindset) in a rapidly changing supply chain.
Detail driven, with a passion for problem solving and getting the job done in an organized and efficient way.
