About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop shopper marketing strategies across OOH, Wholesale, Impulse and International channels to drive awareness, trial and conversion.
  • Build impactful customer activation plans that bring the TRIP brand to life.
  • Manage the shopper marketing budget and reporting process.
  • Use shopper, customer and channel insights to identify growth opportunities and influence decision making.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of activations, ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget and to a high standard.
  • Develop creative activations that drive standout across hospitality, wholesale, impulse and international environments.
  • Partner with Commercial, Brand and Creative teams to bring campaigns to life across multiple touchpoints.
  • Manage agencies, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver flawless execution.
  • Lead the creation of POS, sampling, sales materials and activation toolkits.
  • Deliver trade shows, customer events, sampling programmes and experiential activations.
  • Measure performance and share learnings to continually improve future activations.
  • Amplify TRIP's activations, successes and thought leadership internally and externally.
  • Champion shopper marketing best practice across the business.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration between Commercial, Brand, Creative and Operations teams.
  • Share insights and learnings to help drive continued growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years' experience in shopper, trade or customer marketing, ideally within FMCG.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience developing creative activations that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Experience working with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
  • Commercially minded, highly organised and creatively driven.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about building brands and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
