About the role
- Lead U.S. and UK regulatory compliance strategy ensuring alignment with frameworks.
- Oversee compliance across product development, labelling, marketing, and retail partnerships.
- Ensure product safety, supplier compliance, and manufacturing standards support regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve product labelling and packaging.
- Develop and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in food & beverage, CPG, cannabis, hemp, or nutraceutical sectors.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state regulatory frameworks, including FDA and FTC regulations.
- Experience managing product labelling, regulatory documentation, and marketing compliance.
- Experience implementing compliance processes in a scaling organization.
- Strong ability to translate complex regulations into operational guidance.
