About the role

  • Lead US influencer and celebrity strategy and activation in partnership with the UK team.
  • Manage US brand partnerships, including sourcing, negotiating support, and execution.
  • Plan and execute US specific campaigns across retail, digital, social, and experiential.
  • Provide US market input into global brand, creative, and product projects.
  • Gather and analyze US consumer, category, and competitive insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Contribute US needs and perspectives to product development, including concepts, packaging, and regulatory considerations.
  • Support US digital activity across DTC, TikTok, and social media in collaboration with the US Creative Strategist and UK digital teams.
  • Ensure US content aligns with global brand direction while reflecting local market culture and trends.
  • Work with Sales, Operations, Creative, and Product to ensure smooth execution across all US touchpoints.
  • Maintain close communication with the UK Marketing Director and Global Brand team to ensure alignment and shared priorities.
  • Coordinate agency and freelancer support as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Brand Management role
  • Experience in fast-growth consumer brands, ideally within beverage, wellness, or health categories.
  • Proven experience with influencer strategy, partnerships, and campaign execution.
  • Comfort working in global or multi-market environments
  • Strong analytical and insight-translation skills
  • Equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on doer
  • Passion for innovation, wellness, and culturally relevant brand building
  • Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • This position is open to US citizens, US permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
