About the role

  • Develop graphic assets for digital channels and institutional materials (social media, presentations, landing pages, emails, banners, etc.).
  • Ensure correct application of the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, social media and content teams, contributing strategic visual solutions.
  • Create and adapt layouts for paid media campaigns and performance initiatives.
  • Organize files, versions and deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Propose visual improvements, new formats and creative solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (or equivalents).
  • Experience creating both digital and offline materials, with attention to visual identity and brand consistency.
  • Experience working on B2B marketing projects is a relevant plus.
  • Ability to interpret briefs, organize workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, a refined aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience at a marketing agency, design studio or communications consultancy is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media design and performance campaign assets is a plus.
  • Basic motion design, video editing or simple animation skills are a plus.
  • Experience with Figma and collaborating with product or marketing teams is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of branding, UX/UI or design systems is a plus.
