About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Talking to new carriers and assisting with the set up process.
Working closely with administrative, support team and operational offices, including Agents.
Assisting with investigating risk concerns for the company.
Vetting carriers in the database to protect the company.
Providing top-notch service and ensuring all carriers are vetted and legitimate to be hauling freight for our customers!

Requirements

What you’ll need

Customer Service oriented and successfully able to develop business relationships.
Positive “can do” attitude with a proven ability to seek additional responsibility and achievement of goals.
Ability to operate out of multiple internet windows/monitors in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer/troubleshooting skills.
