Key responsibilities & impact

Leading the next generation of pricing decision processes across customer-facing rates and carrier procurement.
Own algorithms, models, analytics, and operational team that deliver market-aligned pricing.
Build analytics to evaluate pricing performance and ensure continuous learning.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Capacity teams to implement pricing intelligence.
Direct team of pricing analysts and Bid Operations specialists on automated bids and enterprise RFP support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of progressive analytics, pricing science, or data science experience, with at least 3 years in a leading role.
Hands-on experience building pricing, dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, or revenue management models in transportation, logistics, marketplaces, e-commerce, ride-share, airline, or hospitality.
Demonstrated track record of moving models from notebook to production with measurable business outcomes (revenue, margin, win rate, response time).
Strong working proficiency in Python and SQL; comfortable in a modern data stack (Snowflake, Power BI, Bedrock).
Working knowledge of ML approaches relevant to pricing: gradient boosting, regression, time-series, causal inference, and bandit / RL concepts.
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline (statistics, operations research, economics, applied math, computer science, engineering) or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical findings into clear executive narratives and broker-friendly tooling.
