About the role
- Support the onboarding process by tracking form completion and sign-offs in Dayforce and assisting with follow-up communication to new hires.
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
- Configure and support Salesforce objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and basic-to-intermediate automation (flows).
- Provide frontline Salesforce user support by troubleshooting issues, responding to questions, and documenting solutions.
- Assist with onboarding and basic Salesforce training to promote adoption and effective system usage.
- Support data management activities such as imports, updates, de-duplication, and ongoing data quality initiatives.
- Monitor and help enforce data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Salesforce data.
- Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards for Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams.
- Assist with CRM Analytics (CRMA), including maintaining datasets and dataflows and supporting dashboards and lenses.
- Validate data accuracy and consistency between Salesforce objects and CRM Analytics outputs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
- Support sandbox testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployments under the guidance of senior administrators.
- Document Salesforce configurations, processes, and reporting logic in alignment with governance and change-management standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce in an administrator, analyst, or system support role.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals, including objects, fields, relationships, and basic automation (flows).
- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Exposure to CRM Analytics (CRMA), including dashboards, lenses, datasets, or dataflows.
- Experience supporting end users through troubleshooting, guidance, or training.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data issues and recommend improvements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
