About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead analysis of secondary and primary data to generate meaningful qualitative and quantitative insights and recommendations for clients
  • Serve as a workstream lead, coordinating and guiding junior staff while communicating with project managers and leadership
  • Create and present client-ready research materials, interim deliverables, and final project reports
  • Train and mentor junior staff on project case teams, internal training efforts, and formal mentorship programs
  • Gain recognition as the internal expert in 1–2 functional or therapeutic areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in quantitative, health sciences, or related fields
  • MBA with a life science focus or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in consulting or relevant life sciences industry areas
  • Prior work in a MedTech or medical devices-focused role
  • Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiasm for collaborative, team-based work
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of the MedTech, medical devices, and/or diagnostics industry, including product development, commercialization, market access, reimbursement, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
