About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as thought leaders in technology solutions and/or integrated analytics that address specific commercial pharma/biotech needs
Independently drive the design and implementation of these solutions/analytics for life sciences clients
Mentor and train junior staff members and collaborate cross-functionally
Develop and implement analytics and AI-driven approaches to forecasting, sales analytics, omnichannel measurement, and data science
Identify key insights from complex data outputs and directly link them to the strategic implications for clients’ business
Create and manage client proposals and presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
3-5 years of experience in life sciences analytics, consulting, or related fields
Experience with commercial pharma datasets, advanced analytics applications, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics, or technology-enabled solutions preferred
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, and life sciences real-world data
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management capabilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
