About the role
- Act as thought leaders in technology solutions and/or integrated analytics that address specific commercial pharma/biotech needs
- Independently drive the design and implementation of solutions/analytics for life sciences clients
- Mentor and train junior staff members
- Collaborate with team members on Analytics projects to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions to clients
- Develop and implement analytics and AI-driven approaches to forecasting, sales analytics, omnichannel measurement, and data science
- Create and manage client proposals and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in life sciences analytics, consulting, or related fields
- Experience with commercial pharma datasets, advanced analytics applications, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics, or technology-enabled solutions is preferred
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
- Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, and life sciences real-world data
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
