About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as thought leaders in technology solutions and/or integrated analytics that address specific commercial pharma/biotech needs
  • Independently drive the design and implementation of solutions/analytics for life sciences clients
  • Mentor and train junior staff members
  • Collaborate with team members on Analytics projects to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions to clients
  • Develop and implement analytics and AI-driven approaches to forecasting, sales analytics, omnichannel measurement, and data science
  • Create and manage client proposals and presentations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in life sciences analytics, consulting, or related fields
  • Experience with commercial pharma datasets, advanced analytics applications, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics, or technology-enabled solutions is preferred
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
  • Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, and life sciences real-world data
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
