About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Fill short and long-term assignments throughout the health system
- Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions
- Assess patients and identify outcomes/solutions
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Act independently and appropriately within license, scope of knowledge, and experience
- Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices and outcomes
- Take on new and additional responsibilities
- Manage competing priorities while embracing new ideas and cultural differences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience for Behavioral Health
- Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc)
- BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association
- Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions
