About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions
- Assess patients and identify outcomes/solutions
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care

- Travel within the local region or nationally across varied practice settings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Valid RN licensure authorized in applicable state(s) of practice/employment (IL and IA)
- Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, and PCU
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health
- Maintain specialty-specific credentials such as ACLS or TNCC
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS obtained through the American Heart Association
- Willingness and ability to float throughout hospitals, locations, and regions
- Ability to act independently within license, scope of knowledge, and experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities
