Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Valid RN licensure authorized in applicable state(s) of practice/employment (IL and IA)
Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, and PCU
Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health
Maintain specialty-specific credentials such as ACLS or TNCC
BLS, ACLS, and PALS obtained through the American Heart Association
Willingness and ability to float throughout hospitals, locations, and regions
Ability to act independently within license, scope of knowledge, and experience
Ability to manage competing priorities
